Can I properly try The Intent Ledger for free?
Yes. First Memory includes one active project and three ILM Records, so you can see how separate project conversations begin forming a living record before deciding whether to subscribe.
What counts as an ILM Record?
An ILM Record is the structured memory created from one project conversation. It captures what changed, what was decided, why it mattered, what remains unresolved, and what should happen next.
What happens after I use my three free ILM Records?
Your existing project, transcripts, ILM Records, cards, and Project Memory preview remain available. You can buy a one-time ILM Record Pack for occasional additional ILM Records, or subscribe to a monthly plan if you use The Intent Ledger regularly.
Will paid plans charge me separately for every report or tool?
No. Paid plans include the core ILM tools and reports designed for that level of use within clearly stated limits. Optional specialist intelligence and occasional one-time services may be offered separately later.
Is payment available immediately?
Yes. Paid plans are purchased directly through Stripe Checkout from this page. First Memory remains a free signup with no credit card required.
Can I change plans later?
You can manage your subscription anytime through Manage billing in your dashboard. Switching plans directly isn't yet self-serve inside the product — contact support if you'd like to change plans.
Can I import old project conversations?
Yes. Memory Import brings existing meeting notes, transcripts, and project history into an ILM Record, with guided assistance available on Ledger Partner.
Does The Intent Ledger replace meeting notes?
No. Meeting notes summarize what was said. The Intent Ledger uses ILM to capture decisions, design intent, risks, actions, contradictions, commitments, and Project Memory, each traced back to the conversation that created it.
Are team workspaces available?
Team workspace functionality on Shared Ledger and Ledger Partner is being introduced through guided early access, not as a fully self-serve feature yet.
Are report exports available?
Selected report formats are planned or available through guided early access. One-time reports may also be offered when you need a specific output without an ongoing subscription.
What are ILM Record Packs?
An ILM Record Pack is a one-time purchase of additional ILM Records, used after your free allowance or plan's included usage is exhausted. Packs never expire or reset, but they do not increase project, team, or specialist-feature limits.
Is my source evidence preserved?
Yes. Every surfaced finding remains linked to the exact conversation and quote it came from, across every plan.
